I go to a number of studios across multiple cities and it's evident that there are a number of instructors at the Gold Coast location (of which Sam is one!) who are just a cut above the rest - amazing sequences, challenging and motivating, coupled with fantastic music.
Keep HPF hot
The only thing I would recommend is ensuring the instructor is showing poses as there may be some newer yogis
Tiffany is a terrific instructor. She is very knowledgeable about injury prevention regarding the sculpt classes. Also, I like how she takes the time to stretch, build up, and cool down during her workouts.

I've really enjoyed being a member at Bucktown's CorePower Yoga studio. The staff do a good job of making the space feel welcoming and judgment free. All of the classes are very unique depending on the instructor, and I've enjoyed trying out different classes with different instructors to see who fits my style and needs best. I love when there are special or theme classes going on, and I'd love to see more of that (or maybe it just needs to be advertised better on the app?).

Great supplemental workout that helps me with soccer. The instructors are always nice, Jo, Fi, Schaefer. Please keep the 4pm classes.

Nejla Y is the most incredible yoga teacher I have ever worked with! She creates such a positive and relaxing environment and gives the most amazing cues. I can tell that she truly loves to teach yoga. I always leave her class feeling stronger and so calm. I wish core power had more teachers like her.

I love the environment. It’s a great place to be after work and on the weekends for a self-reset.
I love practicing hot yoga with CorePower and while I still miss the Hyde Park location I enjoy South Loop. The only reason I couldn't leave a 10 score is because sometimes the studio floors are noticeably not clean. Great teachers, great vibes!
