Class was amazing
I love all the class options and that there are classes available later in the evenings. That has been the challenge for me with other gyms . The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, the facility is always clean.

The class was very upbeat and inclusive. I am new to yoga so it was very helpful to hear that I can meet myself where I am at and just be thankful I gave myself that time to honor my needs. Everyone was friendly and I felt so relaxed after my class!

The studio location is breath taking with views of our beautiful city. Amanda is also an AMAZING instructor, which makes this experience even better. I am very new to practicing yoga and felt extremely safe and welcome taking this class. 10/10 recommend.

Warm and kind teachers with good energy classes. Nice amenities and the locations with parking are a plus.
I like the classes but mostly I enjoy the instructor Maggie, she always turns the heat up and brings the energy. Her classes are always packed.
The teachers are wonderful. Everyone is very kind and dedicated. Going to class is always a pleasure. The studio is clean and tidy and the view is spectacular!

Love Silvita - she has such a good flow and routine to her classes. Love that she provides a little section of each class to work on a trick - it's fun to come back week after week and see how I can progress and advance! I do with they offered a C2 class that wasn't so HOT. Especially for the summer coming up.

The instructors are very kind and challenge me to try new things with my body. They also make an effort to learn my name and are receptive to feedback post class.

was absolutely drenched in sweat and felt like one of the most effective workouts I’ve had in a while! Loved the music as well! Highly recommend! :)
