I really enjoy Angela F's HPF class. Her voice is precise yet comforting. She always encourages the class with options and a steady pace--it goes by so fast! I just love her
I am loving the triple classes where we do sculpt, C2 and then core restore. Such a great concept for many of us who don’t usually participate in all three types of classes. I participated in somatic yoga last evening and i really enjoyed it.
I love the teachers and classes but please fix the heat/humidifier for hpf!

Space! Accessible and never too crowded
I would love more relaxing smells, like incense or essential oils. Sometimes full classes at the end of the day can get quite stinky!

Alana A was great, studio is nice, although bathrooms could be a little cooler for showers to allow for ending the sweat.
Carmilla is the BEST! If it weren’t for her so wouldn’t even go to Core PY. She is truly the best instructor I have ever had. She has transformed my body. I don’t know how she is always getting the class motivated and challenges every class. I love her classes.
Staff was so welcoming. Emily was amazing and kind. Definitely made me feel more comfortable during my first visit.
