It’s a great workout. I need the push of an awesome group workout. It was hard the first few times, but I quickly got the hang of it and noticed immediate results.

Overall super good! I feel like Shea F.’s sculpt class is very heavy on Sun a/b. The flows take up the majority of the class and then there’s only 25 min left in the class when we start with weights.

South loop was a great vibe, great views and great class. I spend my time between Sauganash and Pilsen, while in Pilsen I go between West Loop and South Loop. South loop is my favorite. Love having the options wherever I am staying. My partner is becoming interested now.
