My classes yoga sculpt with instructors angela Kelsey and Robert C and Mariah loveudic choices although I heard they only get paid minimum wage I can see why Carmella is gone they deserve more pay they keep us coming back
Cassidy & Marqui are my two favorite teachers and their Sculpt X class is what most classes/ even sculpt should be more like. Great teachers, great classes.
Love the flexibility in class choices and options. Most importantly the instructors have been phenomenal, carry themselves professionally, and always ask for feedback. Keep up the great work!

I love that Uptoen added a six AM class. Sculpt. I have to go to Lakeview all other morning
I love the classes. Shannon was awesome. However, at the lakeview location there were puddles of people’s sweat still on the floor.

Autumn is my favorite. All the instructors are so welcoming and class is personable.
I love the culture of CPY at Sauganash because instructors know you and care. You can remain quietly to yourself or you can be engaged with others there too. The classes are all good with a twist from each instructor which makes each more interesting. The recent renovation held nice upgrades.
I like Laurie S her class. The class is challenging without feeling incompetent, because of the detailed instructions I feel like I can get to where she is leading us.
