You need to figure out how to send me one service document and one survey, not 7. We made the change from Orkin to Arrow, in part due to the "mess" of Orkin's billing system.
Your service technician (Aria Nell) is great--shows up on time, is personable and friendly, and does a good job. Also, I appreciate having the same technician each time. The quarterly system is much easier to us (all volunteers) at First name removed Haven to deal with. Your office staff (didn't get her name) was easy to deal with to schedule the visit.
Didn't give you a 10, because that is "perfect" and none of us are "perfect".
