Quarterly pest service is currently being provided on a personal and individual level--- if I have a question or concern, I feel I can contact either the manager, office or the technician directly, whatever the matter may entail. This makes communication much easier.

Documentation for annual termite inspection and analysis can be more detailed and specific than it has been provided in the past.
