1. You spray for bugs quarterly--our previous company sprayed monthly, and was no more effective that your quarterly treatment.
2. Your staff is always prompt and courteous.

I've used Arrow in the past. They have a good service they get rid of the bugs and they stay away,they are more affordable then most exterminators and you can tell them how many treatments you want. They are good about explaining what they are doing and give you a summary of what they did. That's why I went back once I bought another home.
