Excellent customer service with regard to scheduling appointments with the office staff. Great communication when appointments need to be cancelled/changed by Arrow or customer. Our exterminators who come out are kind, courteous, and knowledgable. I like that the same exterminator comes each time and when a new one takes over our account, we are told that it will happen.
