Excellent customer service with regard to scheduling appointments with the office staff. Great communication when appointments need to be cancelled/changed by Arrow or customer. Our exterminators who come out are kind, courteous, and knowledgable. I like that the same exterminator comes each time and when a new one takes over our account, we are told that it will happen. Satisfied customers for 20 years!
The office and technicians that service my account are located in my community. If I have a need to reschedule an appointment due to a scheduling conflict never seems to be an isdue and is done on a very timely manner. The office staff and technicians are willing to work with me regardless of the matter. As for pest control, I have not had to request a return visit of the technician to retreat my house in several years. The four annual visits have been sufficient. I sm a very satisfied customer.
