Our technician did a great job explaining the products recommended and used based on our concerns. He was quick, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. I was impressed that everything wasn’t soaking wet when finished; from an early am appointment with 3-4 hours service, everything was dry by the evening. So pleased.

The technician was very professional and went above and beyond having to move furniture and make way for completing the process of cleaning the carpet. He also did more room than originally planned but it turned out to be for the better and all the rooms needed to be done.

I wonder if pretreatment of stains might improve the outcome? While the pretreatment is working in one room, another could be cleaned allowing enough time for the pretreatment solution to work. I was surprised to learn this was done at the same time. And, slightly disappointed to see that I will need to go back and retreat some areas myself. Otherwise, I was satisfied with the rest of the rooms that didn't require this extra treatment. I also liked the idea of raking up the pile of the carpet where it gets matted down from frequent walking patterns. Great idea!
