i'm telling you my redo on area carpet cleaning was superb. The technician knew what he was doing and the carpets cleaned out beautifully. I have three dogs and my carpets take a beating - but my technician was awesome and got the job beautifully done!!

Our technician was Justin, and he did a great job. He was really detail-oriented and sent us pictures throughout the whole process. Our service included clean floor tiles and second-floor rugs, and they came out really nice. The quote was really reasonable and transparent.
I have very old carpet. Unless the tech. is careful and not soak the carpet, old stains will rise up from the padding. Ugh! Then they have to come back. Sometimes new stains appear.
Zerorez listens to me and puts fans on to prevent the stains coming up.They do an excellent job. This last time, the carpet turned out the best ever.

I say this company is the best around! We hired them to clean our air ducts after a renovation done in our home. We also had our carpets cleaned at the same time. All the services were completed and the tech explained everything he was doing. everything looked great! After the carpet was dry, we noticed two areas that showed stains. We called the company and they sent
another tech the next day to address them. He was also great. The next morning the stain in the master bedroom was back. I was thinking they would not come back. They sent a manager out the next day and he did a special treatment and dried the carpet at the same time. The stain was gone and it has not come back!!! Great customer service and the price was great as well!

Shane was very professional and was aware that our main concern was removing the black stain marks all over the rugs in different areas of the bank. He sprayed a special chemical on all the black scuff marks and worked those areas well. After using the chemical on the rugs, I couldn't see any stains.
Shane also after finishing cleaning the rugs suggested a carpect protector spray on the rugs, so I told him OK.
When I came in on Monday the black scuff marsk still were not showing. I as well the COO & CEO was very satisfied with Zerorez product and services.

I did a google review where it was said. The service was great and Justin did a fabulous job in cleaning my bedroom and the tile downstairs. What a difference he made. The woman I spoke with from the beginning was informative and liked her very much. I called back because of her I’m very satisfied with the service and will call again in the future!
