We have been Zerorez customers for 10 years. First in California and now here in Florida. No other company compares! We’ve used their carpet, tile, and upholstery cleaning. They’ve cleaned our AC ducts and our dryer vents. Zerorez is amazing!!!

So far, I have been extremely pleased with the grout cleaning done in my kitchen. The service man who came was great-- thorough, polite, good communiation-- just top-notch in every way. The cleaning, the technician, the extra effort he put in, and the end results were all really good. I just can’t afford to do it as much as I’d like. As well done as everything was, it was just too expensive for me. But I would call you back before I called anyone else.

The technician we had this time was outstanding. I inquired about having our dryer duct cleaned (not originally part of the service I requested). He went outside to visually inspect the vent and offerred to go back to the office to get the equipment to do the service when I said I definitely need to do this! This didnt cut into the time he spent on the other services. Our carpet, sofa and chairs look amazing. Side note: he was so nice to our dog which decreased my stress level significantly.
Easy to schedule appointments, even after an emergency resulting in smoke damage requiring immediate cleaning. Justin is a friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, efficient and professional technician. He’s been here multiple times and we’re always pleased with his work and work ethic.
