Drying time is low; quality of cleaning and personnel

Brett was friendly and took great care not to bump into the baseboards since we just had painting done. He removed every stain and the carpet looks like new. Carpet was mostly dry in about 4 hours.

The Tech was professional and personable. He explained the process so I was able to understand.

Chemicals are pet friendly, no strong odor, dries quickly and thoroughly cleans. Technicians are always professional, friendly, courteous and communicate effectively. Easy to schedule appointments and customer service is always accommodating.

I liked that the area rug could be cleaned while still on the hardwood floors without damaging the hardwood. Technician worked really hard and got my rug cleaned really well and then after it dried i noticed an area that wasn't quite as clean as the rest but you couldn't tell while the rug was still wet and they came back and redid the area again for no charge. Professional, well priced. I was very pleased with their service on both trips.
