Great in removing carpet stains

The technician was on-time, professional and did a great job cleaning the carpets. Would definitely use this service again.
The technician we had this time was outstanding. I inquired about having our dryer duct cleaned (not originally part of the service I requested). He went outside to visually inspect the vent and offerred to go back to the office to get the equipment to do the service when I said I definitely need to do this! This didnt cut into the time he spent on the other services. Our carpet, sofa and chairs look amazing. Side note: he was so nice to our dog which decreased my stress level significantly.
Easy to schedule appointments, even after an emergency resulting in smoke damage requiring immediate cleaning. Justin is a friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, efficient and professional technician. He’s been here multiple times and we’re always pleased with his work and work ethic.

The bathroom floors actually needed wiping down, they didn’t seem like they were cleaned. I was expecting it be perfect without any residue. The corners didn’t seemed touched.
Excellent service! Arrived on time, very professional, very thorough and respectful of the home. He stayed over 4 hours for 2 rugs, two bathrooms and kitchen floors, couch and two chairs and did a very thorough job. This was not a rush job by any means. Brad was a 100 out of 10. I highly recommend Brad and his company.
It does a through gob, my carpets look new.
Lucas was great and my carpet, though old, feels very clean.
I was surprised, however, that after 12 hours the carpet was still too damp to place furniture back on it, and there was one place where there was slight moisture that I could feel with my bare feet at nearly 36 hours. But all seems well, and I like your nontoxic cleaning method.

Great product. Communication is spot on. Employees are simply the best - responsive, thorough and skilled. Really care about the client's satisfaction and their work. Easy scheduling, wide range of times and days for availability and the best techs in the business. Zerorez has been my go to carpet/tile/upholstery cleaners for the last few years and there is a reason I keep coming back. The techs are always courteous, efficient and detailed. They all seem to care about what they do and provide a high quality service. Highly, highly recommend.

The cleaning, the technician, the extra effort he put in, and the end results were all really good. I just can’t afford to do it as much as I’d like. As well done as everything was, it was just too expensive for me. But I would call you back before I called anyone else.
