Great environment for kids to learn the game and have fun.
The PGA Jr. League is an outstanding program that introduces youth to the game of golf in a fun, team-based environment. Designed for players of all skill levels, it not only teaches the fundamentals of the sport but also places a strong emphasis on the core values and etiquette that make golf unique.
Through structured practices and friendly competitions, young golfers learn the importance of honesty, respect, sportsmanship, and perseverance—key elements of golf's longstanding tradition. Coaches serve as mentors, guiding players not just in improving their swing or putting skills, but in understanding the etiquette of the game, from maintaining pace of play to showing respect for fellow competitors.
Overall, the PGA Jr. League is more than just a way for kids to learn golf—it's a foundation for building character, confidence, and a lifelong love for the game.
Loved the coaching and the care that the coaching team puts into these kids.
Great program for kids to learn and enjoy golf.
The instructors at Raceway Golf Club do a great job at teaching the mechanics of golf and the rules/mental aspect of the game as well. My daughter started the program right before her fifth birthday and is golf obsessed at this time, to the point where we are taking her to the LPGA FM Championship in Boston later this month!
We LOVED the program. The coaching staff was amazing. My daughter will definitely be back next season.
The kids really enjoy getting on the course - Its family driven. whats else could you ask for?
It was well organized and provided an opportunity for kids to develop in their skills
Very good coach and a positive experience for our son.
Traveling to other courses to play
Great league with incredible Coaches.
The format was a lot of fun for a beginner.
Great coaches making it fun
You did a great job just getting the kids on the course and allowing them to learn by doing. With such a large group, I can see how it would be difficult to provide much instruction. The kids enjoyed it, wanted to get out there and were excited to go back. That is most important. We will definitely be back next year.
It was a well organized Leah and a great experience for my son who is fairly new to Golf. Great experience. Look forward to next year.
My son learning a new sport and having fun with his friends. He also had great coaches who taught him a ton about golf. He had a great summer!
Getting the kids out in an inviting atmosphere where they can learn to love the game.
The coaches were very supportive.
All of it
Well organized and structured. Tyler and his team were great with the kids. It was an inexpensive way to get my kids exposed to the fundamentals of golf in a fun & friendly environment.
It is a great opportunity for our kids to get out an enjoy the game of golf at a young age!
Great format, fun for the kids. Coach Mike Suhre is amazing
The opportunity for the kids to learn sportsmanship and golf at the same time. I think the game is great for social skills in learning to play as team. To conclude PGA Jr. is a great way for kids to spend "safe time" off the streets, away from devices, and away from negative influences. This is our third or fourth year and we love it! Highly recommend?
PGA Jr league was a great experience for my son. Our coaches at Eagles Bluff are amazing!
My son enjoyed getting to play with different kids and enjoyed the scramble format. As a parent who works, I appreciated that the scrambles were at the end of the day so I could watch him play.
There is a strong focus on player skills, self-reliance, and etiquette. The skills learned from Coach Earl and Coach Jerry have made our son a capable golfer we can take with us to any course and know he knows the proper rules and behaviors.
Seeing my kid have fun!
I like the fact that it is a no pressure way for kids to learn the game. It is broken down into manageable parts for the younger players while allowing the older players to have a more competitive feel if they want. I think it is a great honor for the young kids to be able to go around and experience such great courses as well, and for those courses to open their doors and hospitality to players who might not otherwise get the chance to play at those places.
Great coaching staff and great job teaching these young kiddos the game and love for golf!

Coach Pat was excellent. My boys loved it.
