Every time I go to Sport Clips, I always get a great haircut with no mistakes and the stylists that work there are always super friendly. There was a time when I tried a few other haircut places and every single one did not do as good of a job as the folks that work at Sport Clips.

Hairdressers that pay attention, you guys record what our regular cut is so that makes it easy when we're not changing stuff, and the MVP is a deal for what all you get.

Now for my ideas. What I don’t like is the non reservation time. I was told to head to store. I had 10 minute to get there per app. I still had 5 minutes left as I was walking into store and I was skipped in line. Wtf! So ideas: why not elevate ur play on mvp to include pros or all star categories where returning clients don’t get shafted by having a dedicated or true reservation slot. Maybe not on busy days but have a2-3 hour block where it’s a true reservation slot for repeat customers. Now this could be free or you could monetize it but the thing I have grown to hate is the incredibly long wait times with the non reservation system especially for when I want my primary stylist. During haircut I explained idea to June and we spitbalked a few ideas how to implement it. So management what do you think? If not can we get some drinks while waiting or do a collab with pizza Schmizza go grab a beer and slice while waiting..?

I get my haircut about once a month. I always wait for Kimmie because she does such a great job. She always knows exactly what I want and I leave feeling like a new man. She makes the time spent go by quickly because our conversations are picked up right where we left off the last time. Great customer service and excellent skills! She's the best!

I enjoy the online check in. I can almost always get in in the time window I have. Kimmie is the stylist I see. She is very personable, efficient on time and is a great stylist! Once i found her, i don't go any ware else. The very few times i had to see someone else, I was disappointed. So now, i make sure my and her schedule aligns.
