Miguel at the Lake Oswego Sport Clips did a great job with my teen son's hair. It can be hard to find a stylist who knows what to do with Asian hair, and my son is about to turn 14 and newly self-conscious about his looks. He left thrilled with his haircut and raving about how nice Miguel was and how much he likes talking to Miguel. Miguel also cuts my husband's hair and husband is super happy as well. We will be back!

The price is right, I rarely wait long to get in a chair (even as a walk-in), and my haircutter Becca was friendly and able in equal measure. My only beef with the company (which has nada to do with my haircut experience) is that I tried to make an appointment before coming in, online, but couldn't remember my password. I requested a link to establish a new password and I'm still waiting for a reply 24 hours later. Surely, there must be a way to tighten up that timeline. You managed to get this email out to me in less than 24 hours, why so much less urgency for a process that might've resulted in my deciding not to come in at all?

I’ve never been to this location and didn’t know anyone there, but that did not stop the whole team from being welcoming and treating me like a regular customer.
