The wonderful Nice lady who cut my hair is not a product as the question states of services as you want it to be. Please have some respect of the Nice lady who cut my hair. Not product not services. Nice lady of the highest integrity quality for your product or services if you want to say as a disrespectful way. Not with me. Nice lady provided excellent customer service with a superb hair cut fullfilliimg all your products and services as you want or one can state to exceed perfection. Ok. It’s ok. To me in my opinion she is a wonderful human being. I came for a haircut with this nice lady and did not get any product or any services only haircut. Disrespect of the best lady in the neighborhood of hair salons. Not with me. She is not a product as you want her to be a product than she is a wonderful person of high standards and quality which you don’t see. How can you it’s a product machine for use. Use and throw it away only benefits. In my opinion I would always respect your company nice lady which you state would be in my opinion a beautiful, wonderful , superb haircut following the highest level of integrity as she is of the product of company. The vibe in the shop was very uplifting. The stylists all seemed to be happy, positive and fun which resulted in a welcoming atmosphere.
The hair cut was supplemented with a shampoo and a scalp massage all while the chair itself was massaging. Not what I’ve been used to at other shops.
Gina was terrific and has a great chairside’ manner about her!!
As long as I still have hair I will go nowhere else from here on.
