Every visit, the stylists always seem to be professional and listen, and then execute well. I've not ever had a serious complaint about the end result, which is unusual for the industry. Occasionally when I pay for the MVP, it's always top notch as well.

MVP package was awesome. I got to sit in a vibrating chair and it really helped with my full body chronic pain yesterday. What a cool coincidence. Plus my stylist (Nicole, i believe?) was quite thorough and gentle with the scalp massage. My freshly shaved dome felt amazing.
