Barbers are consistently good, make great conversation and very friendly. I especially appreciate the complimentary neck shave- that seem to make my trips less frequent. The price is the best anywhere in town.

Clean efficient well run store. Every worker seemed engaged and friendly. Every customer was welcomed as they enter the store. The hair cut is always great, and I can select the stylist I want. This time I had her trim my beard for the first time. I don't know why I haven't done so before. Her work was excellent.
Ok. My only misgiving is that both the app and the webpage both failed to give me the list of stylists to select on that day, with several attempts. I've been successful repeatedly doing so in the past but this time around I had trouble. It was apparently an IT thing.
I really wish I could schedule a stylist for the following day, which you do not allow. It would make an early appointment easier for me.

The service is always great! Everyone I have come in contact with is friendly and helps create welcoming atmosphere. Haircuts have always been something I have just when taken care of when needed and avoided until the last minute, now I actually look forward to going in. I really appreciate the App allowing me to schedule my cut along with the updates, so I am not wasting large amounts of time waiting for a stylist. I live close and am able to be much more productive with this feature.
