Personalised service
The team at "My Bike Shop" want you to ride and enjoy your ride. Everytime I go in there for repairs or services I am met with honesty. There is never any up sell. When repairing my brake line they noticed the front tyre was not correctly fitted. Instead of smashing me with a new axle( I don't know) which was their original thought was the issue, they found the bearings needed adjusting ( this is my understanding of what they said) . Bam no repairs and costs that were not needed. They also are very humble. They know what they are talking about and they know I don't but they don't care they want to see me and my family on a bike having fun. You get what you pay for and they charge what is needed Not inflated nonsense but honest time for money and parts and their expertise and I am happy to pay it everytime!! The amount of times they have saved me spending money on repairs I don't need is countless. Just visit shop bike or no bike they are great!
The service was amazing and the team at my bike shop was amazing.
Firstly they actually listened to my son about the issues he was having with his bike, no shutting him down, no aww you don't know what your talking about kid. Nope just 100% committed to listening and finding out the issue.
Secondly after coming up with a plan of service and what to do, they tested the bike extensively and found the issue had been fixed with a detailed service. All done in a timely matter.

The store looks and feels good when you walk in and the staff are genuinely friendly and informative. We've had multiple bikes serviced there (road and mountain) and are happy with the results. Would highly recommend them to anyone. 🙂
