Jason and his staff are attentive, friendly and informative at all times. I called Jason approximately 5 times during the process of choosing my daughters bike, researching and then cancelling our own bike orders, then ordering my daughters helmet.
I recently picked up her bike and helmet and was greeted with the friendly and supportive team Jason has at my bike shop. Not once did I sense frustration or shortness with my many queries during their busiest periods.

The staff were professional, friendly and very approachable especially the owner. The staff provided very good service and answered any questions I had in purchasing a new bike which in turn made my decision easy as to what bike I wanted. I would recommend My Bike Shop to anyone wanting a new bike.

To top it off, Jason delivered the bike to our house as we were stuck in covid isolation. This was such a huge help as we were trying to work out how to get the bike in time for our son’s birthday.
