I don’t use any of the products due to I get a #1 clip cut all over.
There doesn't appear to be a sense of urgency with the stylists when the shop is busy once they are done with their last customer to get the next customer into their chair. Routine takes 10 minutes to change over from one customer to the next.
The front door slam hard, workers said it has been that way for over a year. This is a safety issue, the controlling arm is wore out. Possiblity of glass breaking out of it and cutting someone serverely, I have witnessed that and it cut the guys wrist which I put a turnicate on.
The sign up online system is still goofy also, need to look at it, I signed up and still waited 25 min. , which I didn't have.
It is an easy in and out haircut. Good long hours during the week and weekends so you can go in whenever is convenient for your schedule. Also like the shampoo and massage.
Very man-friendly environment with all the TVs showing sports. Also, I like to be able to choose my same barber/stylist each time and I like the fact I can check in remotely so the wait is less when I get there.

I love the friendly stylists and the products that they have recommended to both my husband and myself have been exactly what we needed for our specific hair types. We always feel welcome and that is more than I can say for other hair salons.

Honestly, some warm (color) lighting would make the space more inviting. I brought my daughter in to get a hair cut, because of your location and the availability. I was pleasantly impressed, because my wife had taken my daughter to great clips and her hair was terrible we ended up having to cut her hair ourselves to fix it (nightmare). The ladies were friendly, and did a great job, but my daughter said it wasn't a very happy place. I took it to mean it wasn't warm and inviting.
I always get a great haircut for an affordable price and usually pretty quick.
Quick turnaround. Always available. I've never had to wait longer than 20 minutes for a walk-in. Those are good stats.....
I had a great experience and will be returning for all future hair cuts.

I love my haircuts I get from my hair designer; however, I’ve never left a hair salon in all my life with so much hair all over me. It’s not just the hair designer because I went through 4-5 different ones until I found the current one I use. And with all 4-5 the amount of hair on me was crazy. With my previous barbershop they took extra care to minimize the amount of hair.
Recommendation would be to spend some time with store managers and put an emphasis on keeping customers hairless (cut hair that is). :)
I like getting my hair cut and having a history of my visits, the log in process and my type of cut so there is no guess work required.
I get my hair cut by the same woman every time. Jamie is awsome. She pays attention and truly understands how to cut my hair. Considering my cow licks and how thick my hair is. I recommend her to everyone.

The relaxing atmosphere, the friendly ladies, and a nice haircut, when you have good stylists available. Currently, at the Wilson, NC location Whitni cuts my hair and I couldn't be more pleased. She helps make the experience more enjoyable.

I got an undercut with a simple design and the design is uneven. The bottom of the undercut is uneven as well. Will not be coming back.
