Great haircut and relaxing atmosphere.
The girl that cut my hair totally screwed it up. I had to call the manager and have her try to fix it the best she could. The manager seemed to be experienced. I’m not sure what the First Lady was thinking. I was very uncomfortable with coming back in and the First Lady hanging over me while the manager tried to fix it. This is the second time I have had to go back to get my hair fixed. Both ladies did a undercut in me without asking. I don’t like this undercut style. I have a picture if you would like to see it.

Employee named Jamie is excellent. She cuts hair great. I have been to the knightdale location, wake forest and north hills and she by far cut my hair the best. Love the new check in line and get to pick who I want to cut my hair it makes it much easier. I have really bad dry scalp and they offered me products to try and found one that works. Great team in Wilson. One thing I would do is when you check in and pick your stylist have there hours up there so you know when they come in or leave.
