Jenna Bass is a great stylist and wonderful to be around!
When I was greated by Alison, I said "No machine, scissor cut only, use the trimmer at the end for back edge and to trim sideburns" . Within 1 minute she was trimming the lower half with machine!!!!#@$$&@. Not happy!&@&$^$@^#&. I said stop, did not listen.!%@"@%@#@^^! I said scissor cut all around, same length, didn't listen, I said no product, didn't listen.
The really sad part for me, is that this is three in a row where I have not been happy at all! I will not be back.

I was upgraded to the MVP service for free and it was AMAZING!
I like how I can sign in with my phone number. Records are kept so they know my preference, it saves time. I really enjoy the MVP, for a little extra I can get a relaxing shampoo in a chair that massages my back, I get the hot towel, there's also a choice of cold towel, but I prefer the hot on the face while I'm getting shampooed. After that there's a massager they use on my shoulders and neck, and they style my hair with some nice products. I always leave feeling like a new man.

The idea I was given that every time I visit regardless of the person they would have notes and know how to cut my hair. That is not the case, the last person is a wonderful person and did a good job, just my hair is shorter than desired.
