Take more time and cut the hair a little better. I have some places the hair is longer than others.

More consistency. I love the atmosphere and the ladies' personalities, but it's, often, hit or miss with the actual haircut.
It's a warm friendly place to relax and get excellent service and makes you feel pampered.
I love the new system and how it tells you how long you have to wait but it told me 4 minutes and the lady who cut my hair went on break for 20 minutes to smoke a cigarette. so i waited all that time for her and then while she was cutting my hair, after waiting 30 minutes, i could smell a cigarette on her breath.

I have been going to Sport Clips for the last few years. I have always gotten a great haircut. Your staff is very knowledgeable, as well as, pleasant and listen to each customer's needs. I also like that if you ask a stylist's advise on cuts or products, they take into account your individual wants and/or needs, not just the most expensive product or the most popular style at the moment. I, for one, really appreciate that.
Professional, Cheerful, Knowledgeable and Thorough are the best way to describe the attitude and demeanor of my stylist. I shall return in order to receive the excellent service that I enjoyed my last visit. She will be my exclusive hairstylist from now on.
