Professional, prompt and the stylists are experienced.
Even though it was busy when I went my first time, my stylist took her time and made it seem I was the only costumer there. Very pleasant experice. 10/10 highly recommended !

My neckline was cut at an almost 30 degree angle! It was ridiculous! They make templates for this.

It was my first time at a Sports Clips. The staff was plesant; the service was exceptional. Tonya was my stylist. I received MVP treatment which was so relaxing. Tonya was sweet, personable, and professional. I'll request her for future visits.

I’ve always been able to just walk in and get a cut within 10 minutes without an appointment. I get a #1 guard all over and out quickly. That means a lot to me.
Don’t ask for the package you like and they always do the 25$ vip instead of just the hair cut
I was at the store in Wilson NC. Around lunch time. Checked in. I was third on the list. Somehow my name fell off the screen or list. Manager asked me if i signed in when you she seen me do it. She went ahead and signed me in. Then went to lunch. I sat for another 15 minutes. I Got up and walked out.
Will never go back there. Bad customer service.

The girl who cut my sons hair... half cut it. She refused to finish because he was squirming. She was not easy with him. He was anxious and I told her that. I left your Wilson, NC store to go to great clips to get an appropriate hair cut for him.
This has never happened.. the stylist we have seen before have been awesome.. but clearly this one girl did not know how to handle kids.

Have the app tell users how much on-going time they have left until their appointment. The app tells initial wait time after checking in, but no updates after that
My haircut was uneven and I had to get someone to fix t yesterday. The checkout process wasn’t easy. It took over 30 minutes. I will never return.
