It's a great place to go get a haircut relax on the staff is friendly just a relaxing atmosphere and I double love does hot facial towels been going there ever since the place has been there Wilson North Carolina Jamie's are great manager.

The ability to check in on line is a great asset. Saves time for me. The staf is always friendly and attentive to what I want in a haircut.
When I arrived I logged in one child but clicked on button too soon to add second child. I immediately notifies Jenna who was talking with coworker at register. I continued to wait and by the time I got help another lady registered her two kids and 2 people registered online. As a result I had 4 people between my cuts because of delay to service a customer. As I waited for my second child the room built up to 11 customers and people standing. Meanwhile staff talked between haircuts, two left for break, and another held long term banter with a guy there to service equipment. All this took place Saturday afternoon. My kids love the place and we drive 30 minutes to get there, the very least we expect is prompt and respectful service.
Upon arrival after checking in on the app, I had to wait around 20 minutes while the app showed no wait time. That was ok. Then, I am placed with a lady named Jackie who by all accounts was still under training. I was NOT made aware of this up front. I was very patient and never rude, but I literally sat in the chair getting a simple haircut for almost an hour. When the lady was finished, she let me know that someone would have to check behind her. Her supervisor told her what to do to better blend my hair. She fumbled and did not appear to know what to do. At that point, an absolutely wonderful lady named Whitney came over and told Jackie she would show her what to do... I could tell that Whitney instead was actually fixing my hair to make it look presentable. IF it would not have been for Whitney, I would have requested management before leaving. I understand folks have to train, but Jackie said she had her license for cosmetology for over twenty years. No way someone with a license that long would know so little about cutting hair. I’m thankful for Whitney because she completely saved the face of Sports Page in Wilson on this past Saturday.

She totally ignored what I said and cut my hair how ever she wanted . when I told her she was cutting to much she responded " its to late now " WTF. I wont ever go back
The atmosphere, the towel on face when getting hair washed, the massage chair at washing station, and the overall friendliness of the staff.
There seemed to be some tension between the workers.
