Personel were professional and caring toward my elderly mother.
Apparently there was another customer on line behind me that all of the employees wanted to cut his hair. They jostled the customers around and appeared to make each other mad in the process. The conversation during my hair cut was basically asking questions about where I was in line. Not professional at all. Maybe time to find another location to get my hair cut

I checked in online and it scheduled me to be there at 1:05. I like to be early so I arrived at 12:50. I did not sit down in the chair until 2:00. The whole point of the online shock in is to avoid these situations so how do you correct this problem?

My grandson (age 8) loves Jenna! She is wonderful with him. She always knows how to cut his hair and she always makes him feel special. Jenna always hooks us up with products and takes the time to show us how to style his hair. She is AWESOME!
