Love the MVP experience. They take you back and cut your hair and then give you a massaging shampoo and a hot towel experience. Then they give you a shoulder massage. It’s awesome. Always get the MVP.

We absolutely LOVE Jenna Bass! She always listens to what we want and has amazing skills! Everyone is also so friendly and welcoming.
I like the friendly staff, all the TVs and the online check in! The online check-in means you never have to wait for your haircut, which is awesome!

My stylist was very nice and at first my haircut looked really good. However, when I got home I realized that my hair was not cut right. My wife will not even give me an honest opinion about it. She just keeps saying it will grow out soon and then I can get it fixed.
The problem that I realized with my haircut was that the stylist went too high on the sides with the taper and didn’t blend with the top. It’s obvious and I’m self conscious about it. I didn’t really want to say anything to anyone because I don’t want to get anyone in trouble, but as a company you need to know about things like this.
The location of my haircut was not my normal location. I was passing through to pick up my son from the grandparents. My normal location is in Wake Forest and I have never had a complaint about any of the stylists there.
Haircut was good and service was great.
Still seems to be a large turnover in people, but I don’t go but once every other month.

Sport Clips in Wilson, NC has a great team of stylists. All are welcoming and friendly. Jenna is awesome. You provided some input and suggestions that made my experience awesome, and I look forward to each time with her.
Senior price on board is one thing but because my hair is shoulder length they wanted to charge me 10 dollars more. I was quoted $20 and they wanted to charge me $30, when I refused to pay that much they went back to the $20 price as I was quoted. The point is that senior price shouldn't be changed just because some have longer hair.
