I appreciate the professionalism and the kindness shown to us, the students, no matter what yoga level we are. I began doing yoga so that I could spend more time with my older daughters. The rewards have been twofold —- bonus time with my girls and a newfound appreciation for the sport of Yoga.

This was my first time at this location and I thought the studio was clean and welcoming. The instructor was great and did an amazing job explaining each move. I felt very safe with the masks and spaced out mats.

It is a good balance for other exercise that I do. I need to work on my stretching/mobility. My joints/hips feel much better after a session.

The instructors are all so friendly and open to any song suggestions or physical needs or assists during class, and they stay after and talk to you about class and what you need more or less of. The studio itself is always spotless and so well kept, with clean towels and yoga mats all the time and a clean bathroom. The studio is walking distance from the metro and right next to the Ballston quarter so its in a great location to get a workout in any time of day! Love this studio!
