The rating has everything to do with the stylists and Arica at my local Sport Clips is the best. I get a great cut every time and she has MAGIC HANDS.. The scalp massage she provides is nirvana. She and everyone else there are very friendly and attentive. The time estimates are solid, so no one's time is wasted..

I like that you do not need an appointment, you just need to do a check in on the app or in the shop, and you are given real time information on the wait time and the stylist serving you. I like that with the app you can check in before you leave home and just arrive within the time frame indicated for a stylist to become available. This allows you to run errands or do something else while you're waiting. And the staff are also great, they're always nice and professional when you come in.

I like a barber who remembers how I like my haircut. Jasmine is always friendly, professional, and does an excellent job.
I would prefer to make an appointment for my next haircut after getting a haircut. I find it inconvenient to have to go on line when I need a haircut and hope that my stylist is available at a convenient time for me.
This is not a critism of the employee but an observation about the process.
Kelly was amazing and gave me a stellar fade! She was kind and catered to my needs. I will reccomend to all my friends and most certainly be back. I left the building with new newly gained confidence and a dope cut. Thanks Kelly!

I've used this store several times now and Kate is top notch. She listens to what I want and gets that for me. I have this really tough cowlick in the back, she's been the only one that's been able to deal with it since I moved here from VA.
I love the ability to check in online as I have to drive a ways to get there. It's a time saver and very convienient.
