Sasha is an excellent hairdresser. She is attentive to my needs and she is professional. She also gives haircuts to my two sons. They feel very comfortable with her and they come out looking fantastic.
My only criticism about the experience is that I'm not able to make an appointment. I understand the value and convenience of being able to walk in to get your haircut, but I will only have my haircut done by Sasha. I wish there was a way to schedule appointments because sometimes I'm not able to see her because she is booked for long periods of time that are outside of my window of availability.
Erica stepped up when our previously scheduled barber became unavailable and gave my son a great haircut. She was pleasant and engaging with him during this time, asking him questions, etc....much appreciated. You have a good employee there. Thank you.

Giving up cutting my own hair and becoming a regular client of Mooresville Sportsclips ranks among my better decisions! The staff is always friendly and attentive to clients needs. I have used several of their hair moisturizing products with success amd value the staff's knowledge and expertise. On a more personal note Anna has cut my hair twice in a row and is an awesome Sportsclups team member! I went from dreading a haircut as a child to looking forward to a haircut as an adult! LoL

I like the stylist. She always does a good job with my haircut. She is nice and personable. She treats me like I am valued customer.
Your appointment app sucks though. I was told to arrive by 1640. I planned on being there at 1630. Good thing, I got a text saying she would be ready in 15 minutes at about 1615. I was next up with 3 minutes left when I walked in. Checking in at the counter did not show me in the store until just before the appointment. Why do I get skipped if I have arrived and system does not show me there? Which has happened before.
