With the App, it’s relatively easy to use and to make appointments, even with your stylist of choice, among a number of excellent options.
The in-shop check-in process was not obvious the first time I visited, but now it’s routine, and the lighted board on the wall provides progress toward your appointment.
Your stylists are excellent, especially Whitney, who always asks how I need my hair cut that day, has a soft touch, does an excellent cut with a wonderful personality.

Vivian was the best technician I have ever experienced at your shop. She is the prime example of how a person in her job should interact with the customers She greeted, engaged in personable conversations while professionally doing the job, and she was truly interested in providing an excellent haircut. Also, the wait time was within the forecasted time and the store is kept clean

Manager at the Leesville location is super experienced, professional, and an asset to the company. Can’t say that about all locations and there’s some I even won’t go back to even when they’re closer to my house. Casey actually does the shampooing how it even says in the label where you’re supposed to leave it in for a few minutes or massage it in Most of your employees don’t spend much time on this and they wonder why they don’t make any money.
