I like the overall experience and never had any issues with a haircut or stylist. I also really like the app and being able to check-in ahead of time, since I live 30 minutes south of Salina.
Unfortunately, the last few times I have gone to the Salina, KS location, I have had to wait an extended amount of time, past my designated arrival time. This most recent visit, I waited an additional 40 minutes after checking in an hour earlier. As soon as I checked in, the wait time jumped 15 minutes and continued to grow. A person ahead of me missed their check in time, and seemed the stylist waited until they showed up, instead of bumping them from their spot. This needs to improve, since I do live out of town I come to Salina for more than just a haircut and usually are on a tight schedule.
I also used to get the MVP package every time. The last few times I have felt it hasn't been worth it. It was a quick wash, and about 1-2 minutes of the additional massage, etc. Usually, it is at least 10 minutes.

App makes appointments easy and keeps wait time to a minimum. Stylists aren't pushy on products or services, but do always offer. Kari know exactly what kind of haircut I want and executes perfectly each visit.
Because we don't have to make an appointment for some time in the future that we don't know if we will busy or not I enjoy that I can enter the line-up at my convenience. I also like that I can save my favorite stylists and request them.
