Miram did a fantatic job!!! I was reaMlly impressed with her! In fact I'd havej to say since 2008 when I started coming to Sports Clips, this is the most memorable experience. I always do the MVP experiance. The wash out and massage is my favorite part and this is where Miriam exceeded my expectations. She did not rush the experience and really spent a good deal of time massaging my head and I was so relaxed when I was finished. I wa so impressed that I tiped her double what I nrmally do. When I come back to Sports Clips, I am definately waiting for Miriam to do my MVP again.
I actually left my credit card at the soore It wa all my falult a I tapped the machine myself to pay. They called me and let me know I left it the next day, which I really appreciated as I was looking for it, but hadn't called them yet. So, I went back to the Sports Clips and KIM, one of the managers, helped me get my card back. I took the opportunity to tell KIM I was so impressed wi2th Mriam. I like the personable attention she gave me and if more stylists would do this, I think you could drfinately grow your clients adn receive valuable referasl for others to come trry it out. I felt appreciated and that's rare these days. Please keep Miriam around and others should copy her practices to make eacch customer feel valued and apprecited. THnks for the great experince .
