Serve is outstanding, staff is the best. It's always a great time when I'm in there. The only thing that could make it better is maybe some newer chairs. The old ones are ok, but not very comfortable

The stylist took her time. Explain what she was doing. Made sure that my son was OK with the shortness of his hair explains the products that he could use to get the desired look that he would need. She was wonderful.

Just having moved to Olathe and just looking for a random place to get trimmed, it was a great experience. Erin took great care and provided a wonderful cut and beard trim. While she asked about product needs, she wasn’t pushy and while I didn’t need any this visit, I fully intend to purchase as I need in the future. Great job and a pleasant surprise!

There was a very short wait time in the lobby even though the "counter" on the screen was longer (the few that were ahead of me weren't there or checked in).
The staff is always cheerful and very professional when cutting my hair!

Came in got world class service from Lilly she knows what she is doing and got my hair cut among the best Iv ever received. On top of the service you will be hard pressed to find better. Also always get the mvp. It just makes your day that much better. Now since they do such an amazing job here at sports clips. There is a little wait so make sure you check in online prior to arriving it helps some.

Really appreciate the care and professionalism shown by the team. Haircut looks great and I really appreciate having a place that has the ability to wash my hair after a clipper cut so I don’t have to spend the rest of the day with annoying little hair clippings.
