It's one of the few times I get the chance to relax and let a professional take care of my service. My hair cuts are neat and clean when I stick with stylists I am familiar with. The mvp package always has me leaving in a better mood than I start the day with.
The check in process was easy, I checked on line. My stylist listened to how I wanted my hair cut. She was very attentive, and did a great job.

Sue is an amazing stylist and over all great person. Clients I hear have issue with her English skills which is her 2nd language. I want to ask these clowns how many languages do they speak fluently? She understands what her clients want and having been a client and friend of hers for over 15 years, there is no one better at what Sue does period. A+ Gold Star to Sue. Sport Clips is lucky to have her as a dedicated 25 year employee. By the way, where is her Golden Scissor Anniversary gift CEO and franchise owner??
Just had my hair done by Naomy and she did such a great job! She’s super nice, really listens to what you’re wanting, and pays close attention to the details. You can tell she genuinely cares about making sure you leave happy with your haircut. Highly recommend!

The phone app for check in is convenient, but a couple of times the estimated wait time has been pushed back by quite a bit.
It is always a great experience when I take my son to get his haircut. Very very friendly staff they pay attention to detail and they always ask if anything needs to be touched up and if it does, they do it with a very smiley face like they don’t mind Touching it up because it’s not right which has only happened once I said, can you please touch that spot up on his head just a little bit and they did and it was perfect!
Misty, Chloe and JoJo are super friendly and I always know I’m getting a great hair cut. Wait times are reasonable or nonexistent if you use the app. It’s clean and comfortable. They all make the experience satisfying.

I like that Sports clips is teaming up with the Red Cross to support the community. I like the update to the app so that it is more accurate with times and instructions on checking in for an appointment. The store is clean and well laid out to match the sports theme.
