I really appreciated my stylist, I was rushing to the location to get a haircut before the Thanksgiving Holiday. It had been a few weeks, as I was recently a furloughed government employee, but I needed to get a haircut before I went back home to visit my family for the holiday weekend. (I knew I would have heard about it from my mother and older sister, if I didn't get a haircut before being around family and friends. However, I was stuck in traffic coming from my office in downtown KCMO. I signed in online with a 66 minute wait and was held-up at the office, when I was trying to leave to get to your location on time. I did not make it due to traffic, but my stylist stayed late and squeezed me in at the last moment so that I could look good for my family back home. I really appreciated her level of customer service!
