The staff is always phenomenal!! I went in yesterday with only 30 minutes before closing. The staff members already finished up most of their closing process and were simply waiting for time. I understood and was going to leave when Brandy told me to wait. She grabbed a few things from her locker and took me back to her chair.
I normally purchase a double MVP when I go in but also understood the staff wanted to leave. After getting my hair cut, I thanked Brandy for fitting me in and departed.
I have never had a bad experience with any of the locations I've gone in to get a cut.

Mila did a wonderful job cutting my hair. She was very patient, asked thoughtful questions throughout the appointment to make sure she understood exactly what I wanted, and even showed me visual examples to ensure we were on the same page. I really appreciated how attentive and detail oriented she was. I'm very happy with my haircut and would definitely recommend her!
