I enjoy how easy the check-in process moves quickly & easily, from online to in-store. The stylists are always incredibly friendly, helpful, and do a great job with my haircut. From the main cut to the details and trimming, I just appreciate their attention to detail. I also love the tea tree shampoo & conditioner, and wouldn’t have thought that shampoo made much difference for my hair, but they made me a believer!! Always look forward to my monthly visit, and the compliments I get from my “fresh” do!!

It seems she opens the shop herself and always greets everyone that comes through the entrance door. She exemplifies what your mission is. Hats off to ERIN.
