The service dept was very professional, I pulled into the service bay someone met me there, opened the door for me, explained how long it would take and escorted me to the waiting area. Half way thru the device he came back out explained that my car passed all inspections and asked if I wanted a complimentary car wash…!! Excellent service and a very clean showroom and service desk, I was very impressed!

Seth, in auto sales at Don Franklin Nissan Somerset has gone out of his way several times to help me since I bought my car.. Once he was notified about a flat tire, of which nobody else was available to help me change the tire, and within 30 minutes he was on the roadside doing just that for me!
