Lease manager Joe and his team are always great to deal with as well as Tim in parts. I personally work for a dealer myself so I am aware of what it looks like for both successful and struggling dealerships. I will continue going to the Somerset location for all my vehicle needs; my only worry is what will I do when they eventually retire, which is a great problem to have.

The salesman Justice is wonderful..They gave me a whole 5 hours of there time to negotiate a good deal that I am happy with..I am now driving a Plum Pearl 2023 Dodge Challenger that I love..All of the employees were respectful..no pressure and helpful. I was greeted nicely by everyone and even given some chocolate candy..YUM!

You finally canned the black sales supervisor at the Jeep dealership in Somerset that treated us so badly a few purchases back. We have traded with you several times at somerset, liberty and Columbia. Sadly, you closed the liberty location, and quite frankly, I would not trade with the Columbia people at all. The service there sucks. Somerset is still our go to place to trade as of now. We will see what the future holds.
Very pleasant experience purchasing my new Nissan from you guys. Pricing was excellent, the salesman was excellent. Very happy with my purchase. I found only one flaw with the purchase process and I felt it was done purposely by the financial person at your dealership that I dealt with. He had me sign quite a few papers. ( And I did look at them all.) During the process of signing them all he stated, "I will give you copies of all this paperwork ". When I got home and opened the envelope that he had stapled shut to review the papers and ensure I had everything, the 10 year power train warranty I had signed was missing. I had to call you and I spoke with my salesman who got the warranty paperwork for me and he mailed it to me. The salesman I dealt with was EXCELLENT!!! Hard to make a warranty claim if needed when you have no warranty paperwork. I felt the financial person omitted the warranty paperwork purposely. There is no other valid explanation for him not including it with the paperwork I was given. I find that shady. Other than that I was very happy with your dealership and my purchase. The salesman I dealt with was EXCELLENT and he represented your dealership very well. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from you guys. I walked out a very satisfied customer
