I brought my van in for an oil change on Dec. 6th at 11:00 am and when it was finished it was pulled outside and I was informed it was ready. When I walked to it, I thought it had been washed but after a closer look it had just been cleaned on the left front corner of my hood where there was a small dent. I pulled back into the service department and showed them the dent. They immediately started looking at their cameras to see if they showed the front of my van. They said they would have to talk to higher management about the dent and would call me the next day. I haven't heard from them since. I don't know if someone dropped something on the hood or what, but the dent wasn't there when I brought it in.
