Tim Brooks and Jimmy Saylor in the Parts Department are well seasoned and treat me well. Most any part I ever need is in stock, or available within a couple of days or so. LaMar and Nathan in the Service Department have always given me excellent service. My last trip there for an additional key fob & programming for my recent purchase of a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited was done without an appointment, as the key was available and in stock. Don Franklin CDJR in Somerset has an excellent team in Parts & Service!!!
