Good Service, but the 5.7 Hemi is very subject to lifter prograding to failure of the lifters, cam, pushrods and rockers. Ram should provide at a minimum a 100,000 mile warranty because of the poor design. The famous Hemi Tick.

I am a life long RAM truck and Jeep person. I’ve purchased several new RAM and Jeep products from Don Franklin Somerset over the years, and I have always had great experiences with the purchase process. Additionally….since I perform lots of maintenance, Tim Brooks and Jimmy Saylor in the Parts Department always take good care of me with a great, in-stock parts inventory, and if it is not in stock…I have it in a day or two. Lastly….for those instances when I can’t perform a certain task or repair, I can always rely on Lamar in the Service Department, along with their technicians, to get me up and going!!!
