I liked that Seth was very personable and knowledgeable about Muranos. He was easy to work with and made the process of purchasing my 2023 Murano easy. I also appreciated Brittany arranging the test drive at the Somerset store. All the sales people were professional and courteous.
This is my third Murano so I do like the product but it may be my last due to engine changes and some of the cheaper materials I saw in the 2025 that I test drove. That is a Nissan issue, not a service issue.
