I like the communication and thoroughness from your Nissan service dept. I can always expect a call from the representative to let me know if something is needed to be done in addition to the oil change service. He is knowledgeable about the vehicle and explains the issue and has the cost for me. Great customer service!

Don Franklin maintains a comprehensive inventory of vehicles that should appeal to any type of buyer, compared to other dealers with limited and often uninteresting options. Their staff shoots straight, is accommodating and enjoyable to work with. Moreover, they do not use corny car sales tactics or pressure buyers into options that are unwanted.
This is our second vehicle purchase with the Don Franklin team and expect it will not be our last.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation but I mentioned that I heard a rattling noise under the car and asked if they could take a look. They were able to fix it with a couple of clips and I was not charged anything extra. Other places I have been would have made it out to be an expensive fix. Thanks for being honest. This does not happen much in this world anymore.
