Dodge & Jeep fan. Bought a new jeep in "16 there, May be buying another this year at the same place under the Don franklin name now. The gentlemen we spoke to last Friday were pleasant, nice, understanding to our situation, not at all pushy, Our compliments for that & thanks. Our preference is to buy where we bought before. Still a comfortable atmosphere there. Still waiting on our vehicle being deemed a total loss. Insurance company documented saying it was. Called this morning (monday)saying they were re-evaluating with suplimemtal claims from the body shop. Witch puts us in the unknown.... again
Claim is a month old already buy the way... Ugh! Insurance companies.... Frustrating!!!

Everyone is always willing to help, even if the dealership will not make any money. Example: My truck did not come with tow hooks. I can work on just about anything. So, tow hooks wouldn’t be that bad (or shouldn’t). I needed to order the lower grill that is made for tow hooks. So, I asked the service guy for the part number. He gave it to me and explained how to install it and the tow hooks. That saved me hours of research. Plus, I can order the grill and tow hooks elsewhere and save money. A++ rating from me!
