I was changing getting my KIA Sportage serviced from Somerset to Campbellsville and did not have any problems finding where I was supposed to go. Everyone I talked with was very nice and got a good report about the condition of my Sportage. I waited in the lobby and was comfortable while there.

I never go to a dealership for repairs. I had bad experience in another state. However, I had an issue with my Dodge truck a few years ago. I came to Don Franklin. The person that I described my issue went back to the mechanic, he said he could fix it, and they didn’t charge me anything!!! So I paid the mechanic with cash. That is why I went back to Don Franklin! I really trust them! They are great!
