Much better experience than when I tried to purchase a vehicle last year and ended up buying new in Glasgow. The initial free service can be done at any Don Franklin, so I only chose Cville because it was closest. I would definitely go back for service again, not to consider a purchase.

Always have excellent service at Don Franklin Campbellsville. The closest opening they had to service my vehicle when I called last week was 12-6, but when I told them that wouldn't work for me due to knee surgery scheduled that day they had me drop my vehicle off and got it worked in for the service. They went above and beyond as far as I'm concerned and one less thing I have to worry about after surgery.
I am always greeted by Gary and he is always so nice. When he is busy, Blake is there to take his place. Both guys are amazing!!

It takes good employees to make a good company. From Eddie Franklin, who went to bat for us with Ford over a repair issue 25 years ago, to the sales staff and the people in the service department, Don Franklin Motors has good employees. Jared Hollins in sales and Gary in the service department, just to name two, are what makes your company a cut above other dealerships. We have purchased our last two vehicles from Don Franklin Motors and will be coming back again when we are ready to replace them.

Gary in the oil change dept is such a wonderful associate who is very knowledgeable and helpful! He’s always there when my vehicle gets serviced and he welcomes you into the facility by name and makes you feel like you matter and aren’t just a number. The technicians that are unseen do phenomenal work. Whomever is over the service area should be proud of these men (and women if there are any there).
