I've put 144,000 miles on my 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn pick-up truck, and it still looks great and very reliable. In today's economic climate, I think, and hope, I can put that many more miles on it before I find it necessary to purchase a replacement vehicle.
I've used full synthetic oil since I purchased my truck and I have it serviced consistently at Don Franklin Dodge in Campbellsville, KY every 5,000 miles. The service manage knows me by now, and I think the well trained and knowledgeable service personnel do a great job keeping my truck on the road and operating reliably.

Campbellsville was great!! Very professional and prompt.
I had the worst experience is history in Columbia a few years back which included the owner hanging up on me when I asked about repairs that the service manager said would immediately fix my truck. They had it over two months and I ended up losing thousands because it was not fixed correctly and was unreliable as a result. Due to this experience, I will never purchase from a Don Franklin dealership again nor will my family.
