For the most part everyone is really nice and they get you in and out in a timely manner. I have been coming here for years with no issues. This last service I had was the first time I was a little angry. Got back in my car after it been serviced and they was oil on my steering wheel and gear shift.

Don Franklin KIA is the best Dealership that I have encountered in my 78 years of car buying by far. The salespeople are just like meeting a family member just as it states in their advertising (Owned by Family)! They go out of their way to make you feel at home, whether it be buying a vehicle or getting an oil change. Their Service Department is Super and if you are waiting they keep you updated as to the progress. I have never been to a dealer anywhere else that did these things. During purchasing a vehicle one never feels pressured to do anything you that makes you feel uncomfortable. There is so much I can say good about Don Franklin, such as the part’s Department being super nice. The management team has unbelievably amazing personal that work for you and not against one.

The after the sales follow-up calls really let you feel cared for and address any questions you may have. I’m proud to be a part of the Don Franklin Family and you will to, So what are you waiting for, give them a try and who knows you may be a Family member to.

My transmission went out in my Kia Forte while I was out state working a healthcare contract. I do not know a single sole outside of where I work. I was driving to Louisville KY when my car broke down. This was the closest KIA dealership.

The service I received over the phone from Ty was above & beyond even before I decided to tow it there an hour away. I could have had it towed back to where I purchased my car but ultimately decided to go Don Franklin Auto of Sumerset, KY. because of Ty’s professionalism, knowledge and empathy for my unique situation I had found myself in.

I got my car back with a brand new transmission quicker than I imagined ever possible and they even helped me drop off by rental. Ty arranged for two people to follow me to Enterprise. One guy followed me driving my car and the other guy drove a different car to pick that driver up. They all were so nice and genuinely wanted to help me so I could get my rental dropped off hassle free, and get back on the road to drive to work in Louisville quicker.

I truly am grateful for everyone there who helped me out, from Ty, the mechanics and down to the lady who took my payment. Everyone was really genuinely nice people. I have had my fair share of car dealerships and mechanic services throughout the years and I have to say you guys get my vote of best service department EVER!! I can not express how grateful I am that my car broke down where it did. THANK YOU!!!

When the time comes to buy another car, I will definitely be driving from Tennessee to Somerset KY.
